| Well, we tend to be a bit idealistic, those of us raised with some understanding, and more than that, respect for how it is supposed to work. Hard to fault that. I think if those who believe the way we do do their best to raise their children to understand our system and their children raise their children...yes. It will take long time. But perhaps all is not lost. To give up all hope for a better America is a horrible thought. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: If we could do it, the process would likely take several generations. I'd start with educating young people so that they'd understand how our system is supposed to work. OK, I've already lost haven't I....
